    On Thursday, March 12, 2026, Colonie Senior Service Centers will be working with Mazzone Hospitality to create an authentic to-go meal entitled “A Taste of Ireland.” The dinner meal will include Potato Leek Soup, Irish Soda Bread, Corned Beef, Potatoes, Cabbage, Carrots, and Chocolate Guinness cake with Irish Cream Icing.
