Colonie Senior Service Centers is privileged to have many wonderful volunteers who dedicate their time and talent to helping area seniors.

CSSC is privileged to have over 450 volunteers (RSVP and CSSC combined) who give freely of their time and talent to help seniors and their families each year. In 2018, volunteers donated almost 50,000 hours of service in the Senior Dining Program, the Escort Program, Bright Horizons Adult Day Program, Tool Box and Senior Transportation. The volunteers also served as senior club representatives and provided assistance at various fundraising and community events. Other volunteers were leaders for wellness classes, assisted at Health Services Fairs, conducted cooking classes, and organized educational trips for seniors throughout the community.
