Our building is in proximity to great restaurants and plenty of shopping while remaining close to greenery. A variety of floor plans are offered in our pet-friendly and smoke-free community. Twenty-four-hour visual security intercom system and emergency call buttons in each apartment make safety a top priority for our residents. Residents do not have to leave the comforts of the building to get to The Lakeview Restaurant operated by Mazzone Hospitality, the Salon at Beltrone, rehabilitation services provided by HectorPT, and THE CENTER at CSSC, which provides creative pursuits, education for life and fitness opportunities. Transportation service onsite provided by Colonie Senior Service Centers is available for medical appointments, pharmacy visits, social activities, shopping and more.
