Lunch & Learn- Art of Qigong

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice of coordinated movements, meditation, and deep breathing in order to achieve a calm state of mind. Qigong is also used in self-healing and alternative medicine. October’s Sacred Space Visit – The Hindu Temple
All are welcome to join Colonie Senior Service Centers on the morning of Thursday, October 11, as we visit the Hindu Temple. Located on Albany Shaker Road in Loudonville, The Hindu Temple Society of the Capital District was founded in 1976. It is a place of worship by Hindu devotees in and around the Capital District. Celebrating Fall’s Harvest and Local Agriculture
