The King Thiel II Senior Community opened its’ door in August of 2024, providing 99 one and two-bedroom apartment options for independent older adults 55+ years or older. Available to residents is an outdoor fire pit, a bocce court, and the great room with a beautiful fireplace. During the warmer months, The Donald Led Duke Senior Pavilion is right on campus, perfect for concerts and gatherings for all the community to participate. Located on the first floor, there is a community café which sells frozen soups, meals and more as well as a programmable space which hosts a variety of art and exercises classes.
