October is time for Oktoberfest! Oktoberfest is an annual festival which originated in 1810 in Munich, Germany to celebrate the marriage of the crown prince of Bavaria, who later became King Louis I, to Princess Therese von Sachsen-Hildburghausen.
Join the German-American Club of Albany’s Chef, Kurt Vincent, for a “Tasting of Oktoberfest Foods” on Tuesday, October 18 from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon at King Thiel Senior Community, 17 Elks Lane, Latham.
