DESCRIPTION:Celtic Holiday Concert \nMonday\, December 1st\, 2025\, 3:30 PM to 5:00 P.M. \nJoin CSSC on Monday\, December 1st at 3:30 p.m. as we welcome Triskele back to The Beltrone for a Celtic Holiday Concert. \nTriskele\, [pronounced Tris-Kay-lee] is an all-female Celtic band out of Albany. They are known for their stunning harmonies\, singing the Gaelic language and for their Irish wit. These ladies perform traditional\, original and some modern Celtic/Irish music. Triskele not only revitalizes the Gaelic language\, but weaves\nhistory and traditions about growing up in Ireland lending a deeper appreciation of aural history. \nDuring the concert there will be a Common Roots tasting.  \nThis event is free\, open to the public\, and graciously underwritten by the Albany County Arts Alliance. The twang and tenderness of the southern mountains whispers through the melodies of this new collection of original songs by upstate New York’s Midnight Choir. Introducing melodic and playing techniques drawn from jazz\, classical and global traditions. This brilliantly arranged string band music stands out like a cool island in a sea of bluegrass that sometimes gets overheated. \nReservations are not required\, and admission is free.
